So yesterday, my hubby comes home for a nooner...er..I mean lunch
...ANYWAY...I
get home from taking little guy to preschool and hubby's already
home...catching water falling from the ceiling downstairs.
Apparently, our upstairs master bath toilet spontaneously overflowed
while we were gone that morning...A said he came in to a small
waterfall happening from the ceiling, went upstairs to try to fix it,
and then the deluge came...entirely soaked upstairs bath, and a 5 ft x
5ft space downstairs. Thankfully insurance covers this, and
hopefully will pay for new flooring upstairs in our bathroom! We
bought the house and it had CARPET in the bathroom...stupid
builders...I hate that stupid carpet, so NO BIG LOSS! Woohoo!

LOL sounds like my husband.
Sorry about the flood, but yeah on being able to get the bathroom redone.
Ew...toilet water! To me that is the scariest water on earth...I think I'd rather swim in radioactivity then mess with toilet water...even if it was clear!
Yikes...at least a new floor in the bathroom. A nooner huh? I miss those....LOL!
Sorry about the plumbing probs...that stinks!
RYC: LOL...luvmykidsjj
I would NEVER describe myself as political. I don't support any party. I vote...usually. I believe strongly in acts of compassion by real people. My support of AI is based on their truly trying to stop things like violence against women, inhuman treatment of people around our globe, and violent intolerance for others views. I probably don't support everything they do or say. I think its hard to find anything that you totally agree with. I was touched recently by a story of a woman in Pakistan who sustained personal degradation at the order of council elders for an allegation made against her brother. I cried when I read her story. I cry when I read about Darfur. I can't do anything to personally right theses wrongs but I can care and at least try to support help to those who suffer.......Oh...I have three wonderful daughters. :~)
Hope you have a great day!
Nothing like a nooner! It's been a while, but still, nothing like it!
"Lunch"...LOL
Thanks for stopping by. Sorry for the plumbing problems and just when you had a chance to get lucky. LOL Well maybe you get rid of the carpet and get nice bathroom flooring out of the process. There is always a bright side. Hugs
RYC: I was thinking of doing that this weekend!! For that very reason!!! Ha!
